Successful opening of the construction season at Build Ural 2021

On April 20, after several transfers, the Build Ural 2021 exhibition of building, finishing materials, and engineering equipment opened its doors for visitors and participants!

On April 20-22 2021, the exhibition of construction, finishing materials and engineering equipment Build Ural and the exhibition-conference of technical means of protection and equipment for security and fire protection Security Ural were held at the IEC “Yekaterinburg-EXPO”.

The Build Ural exposition was attended by companies from 18 regions of Russia, including from Orenburg, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Moscow, Sverdlovsk, Volgograd, Chelyabinsk regions, Krasnoyarsk and Perm Territories, the Republics of Tatarstan and Mari El, as well as from Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, China, and other countries.

This year 85 exhibitors presented materials and equipment from Russian and foreign manufacturers (Germany, USA, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Czech Republic, Norway). The participants presented:

• building materials and equipment — Rich, Praspan, Eco Trast, VZTM, Corporation Mayak, Trading house “Tor”, Vybor, Fixant, Atik-snab, Glass System, and others;
• finishing and decorative materials — Stella, First new material technology development co., Center Krasok Vostok, Best Ceramics, Woodstock, Ideal Facade, and others;
• facade and roofing materials, doors, windows — Lato, Visla, Alcotek, M8 City Pro, Krovlya Isolyaciya, Fachmann Russland, DoorHan, Dvernaya Furnitura, Plastic Windows Plant “Planeta Sveta” / VEKA Rus, and others;
• engineering and heating equipment — Hydroset, Dvin, TVK, Anta group, Dom, Lavita Ural, UralOmegaPlast, OptPromTorg, Norvind, and others;
• electrical products — Innoteka, Energotekhnologii, Decomo, and others.

According to the feedback from the participants, they managed to achieve their goals because participation in exhibitions remains one of the most effective ways to find new customers and increase sales.

At Build Ural, there was a unique service for contactless data exchange that helped participants and visitors to easily, quickly, and safely exchange contacts with potential customers and partners by scanning the QR-code at the stand or badge.

The grand opening of the exhibition was attended by Maxim Viktorovich Puchkov, Deputy Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region; Alexey Andreevich Koryukov, Chairman of the Construction Committee of the Yekaterinburg Administration; Anatoliy Alexandrovich Praslov, Chief Specialist of the Civil Protection Department of the Committee of Administrative Bodies of the Administration of Yekaterinburg; Daniil Gennadievich Danilov, head of the branch in Yekaterinburg, Hermann Russia LLC, Fyodor Andreevich Savinov, CEO of Woodstock; Tatyana Aleksandrovna Sergeeva, director of a separate subdivision of MVK in Yekaterinburg, after which they were given an excursion and introduced the exhibitors.

The Build Ural business program hosted the Design Space — Forum of Ural Designers and Architects where experts in the field of design, architecture, and construction spoke on the main topics such as:

• Business and creativity in design;
• Technologies in design;
• Engineering systems of a low-rise building: from idea to implementation.

The speakers of the events were practitioners, whose speeches were based on the experience and knowledge of the market. Among them were designers Pavel Gerasimov, Alena Gorskaya, Sergey Tregubov, Olga Starikova, Anastasia Stefanovich, Nadezhda Lashku, Alexandra Kudryavtseva and Yulia Sharapova; interior lawyer Sergey Timofeev, head of the Archdialogue agency Svetlana Kotlukova, and others.

The organizer of the exhibition, MVK, paid great attention to the issues of ensuring the safety of participants and visitors. All events were carried out taking into account the established recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor in the implementation of congress and exhibition activities. Compliance with these recommendations is an integral part of holding exhibitions and conferences in the current environment.

In 2022, the Build Ural exhibition of building, finishing materials and engineering equipment will be held from April 19 to April 21 at the IEC “Yekaterinburg-EXPO”.
